Cancellation and Refund

The Society will have the decisive right in all matters concerning Cancellation and Refund.

In a credit card transaction; User must use their own credit card for which User has full right & authority to validly use such Credit Card for making payment to the Society platform. The Society platform shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the User and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on User.

The Society may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time for the Society platform. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by Notification or an announcement on the website.

As part of the Society Platform, you may from time to time receive updates to the Society Platform from the Society which may be automatically reflected on the website. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements or improvements, or entirely new versions of the Society Platform. You agree that the Society may automatically deliver such updates to you as part of the Society Platform and you shall receive them as required for continuous services.
