Our Skill Development Programmes equip girls and women with practical training that leads to sustainable livelihoods. From beauty and wellness to tailoring, we offer hands-on vocational courses that are open to all women seeking financial self-sufficiency. These programmes also empower the young girls in our Residential Home, giving them the confidence and expertise to shape their own futures

We are continuously enhancing our Skill Development Programmes to equip women with relevant, in-demand skills. Exciting new tie-ups are in the works, including a professional makeup course, a structured sewing program, and computer training in Canva, MS Office, and Tally. Master the Art of Beauty
Our comprehensive three-month Beauty Course equips students with the essential skills to work in a salon or establish themselves as independent beauty professionals. The curriculum is structured into three specialized modules, ensuring in-depth learning and hands-on experience:
- Month 1: Hair removal techniques – waxing, threading, and precision grooming.
- Month 2: Skincare and grooming – facials, head massages, manicures, and pedicures.
- Month 3: Haircare essentials – washing, head massages, blow-drying, basic styling, and an introduction to hair coloring.
With rigorous practical training, structured lessons, expert-led masterclasses, and comprehensive assessments, students develop professional expertise across salon and spa treatments.

Sewing Skills for a Brighter Future
Our unique Sewing Course offers hands-on training on both modern electric machines and traditional manual machines, equipping students with a well-rounded and versatile skill set. The course is conducted in partnership with Usha Silai, the CSR initiative of Usha International — a leading Indian consumer durables brand best known for its high-quality sewing machines and wide range of home products.
The curriculum covers:
- How to use and repair a sewing machine
- Sewing tools and basic stitches
- How to measure for garments and body
- How to fit garments, finish necklines, make pockets, and plackets
- Learn to make more complex garments & special sewing techniques
Included in the Course:
- USHA Certificate upon completion
- Course Booklet and a Service Manual

Master the Art of Makeup
We’re excited to announce a 6-Day Makeup Workshop at Seva Sadan Society, in collaboration with KIRO Beauty! This empowering program offers hands-on training in professional makeup techniques, guided by a industry artist.
Workshop Highlights:

Digital Empowerment Through Computer Education
We offer MS Office, Tally, AI & Graphic Design Courses that equips students with practical digital, accounting, and creative skills required in today’s workplace. The curriculum is structured into specialized modules, ensuring hands-on learning and industry-relevant training.
- MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
- AI: Learn the fundamentals of AI, prompt engineering, and the effective use of leading generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI platforms, for research, communication, content creation, and workplace productivity.
- Tally: Accounting principles, financial record-keeping, and business reporting.
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, covering design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual communication.
Through practical assignments and guided instruction, students build job-ready skills across administrative, finance, and creative roles. These courses are sponsored by Datamatics and conducted in collaboration with PAL India, ensuring industry-aligned training and certification that enhances employability.
