Manthan, a 13-year-old student in Grade 8 of our English School, is a shining example of how consistent support, encouragement, and the right learning strategies can transform a student’s academic path. Once struggling with low confidence, difficulty in understanding complex subjects, and inconsistent study habits, Manthan has made remarkable progress with the collective efforts of his teachers and mentors.

Initially, Manthan found it challenging to grasp topics in Mathematics and Science and was hesitant to participate in class or ask questions. However, with the guidance and unwavering support of Principal Mrs. Radhika Prabhu, Counsellor Ms. Priti Bind, and dedicated teachers like Ms. Rekha, Ms. Vanshita, and Ms. Divya, targeted interventions were put into place. These included one-on-one attention, interactive teaching methods, regular assessments, and constant motivation.

Over time, Manthan began showing greater clarity in his understanding, became more active in classroom discussions, and developed the confidence to attempt assignments. His transformation is a testament to the power of collaborative teaching and personalized learning.

Today, Manthan stands more confident, engaged, and motivated. With continued guidance and practical learning approaches, he is well on his way to sustained academic success. His story inspires educators and students alike, proving that with the right support, every child has the potential to shine.
