Nidhi Padyal

Nidhi has shown outstanding growth and development over the years, thanks to her dedication and the consistent efforts of her teachers. When Nidhi joined Std 5, her performance in Mathematics was below the expected level. However, recognizing her potential, Mrs. Swanandi Wadekar provided her with worksheets, educational aids, and consistent practice sessions, including focused learning of multiplication tables. Gradually, Nidhi developed a genuine interest in Mathematics. By Std 6, she began performing mathematical operations with accuracy.

In Std 5, when Environmental Studies was introduced in English, Nidhi initially faced challenges with the language. To support her, Mrs. More encouraged the use of a dictionary and helped her learn essential spellings, enabling her to read and write answers with greater ease and confidence.

With the encouragement of all her subject teachers, she started participating actively in classroom discussions and activities, which greatly enhanced her confidence and self-expression. She also became more regular with her homework, showing a strong sense of responsibility. Due to her enthusiasm for dance and sports, Nidhi was also encouraged to participate in various co-curricular activities, where she earned special recognition. Her involvement in talent competitions brought her creative side out and helped her shine beyond academics.
