Empowering Girls Through Technology: Successful Completion of MS Office and Tally Certification Program

Published on: 18 September, 2025

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our MS Office and Tally certification program, generously supported by Datamatics and hosted at Seva Sadan’s computer lab. This initiative was designed to equip high school and college-going girls residing at our home with essential digital skills—helping them excel academically and preparing them for brighter career opportunities.

A total of 15 students completed the program across two batches. In the first batch, six girls were trained by Mr. Kartik Sanghvi, and in the second batch, nine girls were guided by Ms. Tabassum Kazi. The course culminated in a special interaction and certificate distribution session with Ms. Smiti Kanodia and Mr. Anuj Jaisinghani from Datamatics.

During this session, the girls confidently introduced themselves in fluent English and demonstrated their new skills in Tally. Their aspirations shone through as they spoke about their dreams—ranging from careers in law to business and beyond. One particularly moving moment came when Nandini, an 11th standard student, shared:

“I want to become a business lawyer because I have an interest in both the business and legal fields. I loved doing the MS Office and Tally course. Thank you, Datamatics, for this opportunity to explore my interest in technology as well.”

The Datamatics team was deeply impressed by the girls’ confidence, progress, and determination. Inspired by their eagerness to learn, they also expressed interest in exploring more advanced training opportunities for the future.

In Ms. Kanodia’s words, “Datamatics Business Solutions believes every girl should have the opportunity to be the best version of herself. Hearing the aspirations of some of the girls to become lawyers, collectors, psychologists and businesswomen, we are fortunate to be able to catalyse their dream by teaching them Technical skills like MS Office and Tally training to get them more future-ready. The enthusiasm is infectious! We believe employability is the key to a successful country and we have made it our mission to help more of the next generation become empowered. Seva Sadan’s mission of Educating and Empowering Youndg adults aligns with Datamatic’s vision for #ChangingLivesBuildingHope.”

Real Impact, Already Visible

The results of this initiative are already making a difference. Shruti Ghule has begun applying her Tally knowledge in her college coursework, showcasing the immediate relevance and empowerment this training brings.

Looking Ahead

The enthusiasm of our students and the encouragement from Datamatics ensure that this is just the beginning. With ongoing learning opportunities, our girls are building strong foundations for their academic and professional futures.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Datamatics and our dedicated trainers for making this program such a success. Together, we are giving young women the tools, skills, and confidence they need to shape their own futures.
